1. The service
FrontDesk AI provides AI-assisted website chat, lead capture, notification, and receptionist tools for businesses. The service helps collect and organise enquiries; it does not replace your judgement, staff, emergency services, or professional advice.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, service areas, hours, and notification details.
- Review AI-generated conversations and leads before relying on them.
- Respond to customers and handle urgent or safety-critical matters through appropriate human or emergency channels.
- Only install the widget on websites and domains you control or are authorised to manage.
- Obtain any customer consents required for calls, recordings, SMS, email, and personal-data processing.
3. AI, calls, and recordings
AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Call transcripts, recordings, summaries, and lead details may be processed by FrontDesk AI and service providers used to operate the platform. You are responsible for giving callers any recording notice required by applicable law and for checking that your call flows are suitable for your business.
4. Plans, trials, and payment
Plans, usage charges, and trial terms are shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, the trial runs for 30 days and the selected subscription begins billing after the trial. Usage-based voice charges are calculated from answered voice minutes as described on the pricing page. You may cancel through the billing portal; cancellation timing and any accrued charges are shown by Stripe at the time of cancellation.
5. Communications and providers
Lead notifications may use SMS, email, AWS, Twilio, Supabase, Vapi, OpenAI, Stripe, and other infrastructure providers. Delivery depends on the relevant carrier, provider, configuration, and recipient. A successful request to a provider does not guarantee that a message was read or received.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use FrontDesk AI for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, dangerous, or unsolicited activity; to collect data you are not entitled to collect; or to send messages without the required consent. We may suspend use that creates a security, legal, provider, or customer risk.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, FrontDesk AI is not responsible for missed work, missed calls, provider outages, carrier failures, inaccurate AI output, or decisions made solely from an AI response. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
