What counts as an AI message?

A customer message and the AI reply each count as one AI message. Website chat, Facebook Messenger and Instagram share the same allowance. Delivery receipts, retries and manual owner replies are not charged.

What do I need to start the trial?

A card is required to start a monthly plan. We help set up your assistant, let you test real calls during the 30-day free trial, and billing begins after the trial.

What counts as an answered voice minute?

Time spent on answered phone calls handled by FrontDesk AI. Voice usage is billed per started minute. Text enquiries use the separate included AI-message allowance.
